National Association For Students Of Religious studies, Obafemi Awolowo University chapter has inaugurated into office new executive members to steer the affairs of the department for the 2022/2023 academics session.

Dr. Oladosu, a lecturer in the department who led the newly executives in the oath taking charged the new executives to make sure they fulfill their electoral promises. He said the new executives must make sure they bring new things to the department.
In his inaugural address, the President of the department, Comrade Akinnibi Miftahu Oyempemi expressed his gratitude to the generality of the Nassorites for the trust in giving him the mandate as the President of the department.
In his words, he said ‘I and other executives have made several promises to students of the department through our manifestos. These promises are anchored in my manifestoes, which I tagged the PROPELLER plan. Speaking further on the PROPELLER plan, he said it is saddled on six agendas namely; Renovation Of The Library, Fresher’s Orientation, Religious Library Summit, Skill Acquisition Programmes, Provision Of Scholarship and Tutorial.
He therefore reaffirm the executive members commitment to the all-inclusive agenda for all students and assure them that his fellow executive members will work alongside all concerned units to make sure the students voices are heard and even the littlest complaint attended to.
