According to the Electoral Chairman why the manifesto started late, stated that was due to multiple events they were trying to have within one day. ‘Ordinarily, we’re supposed to dedicate separate days for these events. Setting up the manifesto immediately after the end of screening did not go as we expected due to this; however, we were still able to use some of our ad-hoc team to arrest the situation’ he stated.
On the time for the commencement of Hall Executives Council Elections, is expected to start by 9 am. He further corroborated that the commission is working concertedly to ensure that voting begins across all the Halls at 9 am as today’s delay has been addressed.
